DELIVERY TIME

If you have paid by cheque, your items will be despatched as soon as your cheque has cleared, which may take up to 7 days.  Paypal purchases will be sent out on the next postal day.

If an item is not in stock, I will notify you and let you know when it will be available.  All items are handcrafted and usually take, at the most, 2 weeks to restock.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

This will be worked out once I receive your order.  All items of jewellery are sent out by recorded delivery to ensure security of your item.  Postage for honey pots is kept at a minimum.

I am quite happy to send items overseas, and am happy for you to email me with any shipping queries before placing an order.

I currently accept payment by cheque and Paypal.

 We do not share, sell or pass on any of your personal information to any third party.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE HANDMADE AND MAY DIFFER SLIGHTLY TO THE PHOTOGRAPH. FOR EXAMPLE, BEES ON HONEY POTS MAY BE DIFFERENT COLOURS, DECORATIONS MAY DIFFER SLIGHTLY, AS NO TWO HONEY POTS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME.  WITH REGARDS TO JEWELLERY, PHOTOGRAPHING DICHROIC GLASS IS VERY DIFFICULT AND EVERY EFFORT IS MADE TO ENSURE A TRUE LIKENESS IS SHOWN IN THE SHOP.
