About 17 years ago I joined my local Beekeeping Association and set off down the road of 'keeping bees'; a hobby which I still enjoy.

Whilst on a trip to Otley, West Yorkshire, my mum bought me my first honeypot, for £8, which at the time seemed quite expensive.  Until then I had never come across a honey pot, but now my collection is nearing 400.  My collection includes examples from the UK, Belgium, France, Canada, USA, Portugal and Japan - still many more countries to go!
